Is Buhari brain cells really dead? PMB makes massive blunder and now trending on tweeter

On 5th March 2015 during a presidential campaign rally, the wife of former president Patience Jonathan alleged that PMB's brain cells are dead. Was she right? Has she been vindicated by PMB's current blunder on channels TV?

President Muhammad Buhari during a recent interview with channels TV after he returned from the G7 summit held in Germany referred to Germany as West Germany and current Chancellor of Germany being Angela Merkel as President Michelle of West Germany. Isn’t that hilarious?

It might interest you to note that East and West Germany reunited in the year 1990 after 45 years and was referred afterwards as Germany.

So the question now pops up; Is Nigerian president still living in the past or his brain cells are really dead?
