Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Maintain excellent relationship with customer and sales team, dealing with orders and client requests, from the quotation to the delivery & potential claims
• Handle customers” returns, logistics, invoicing, backorders and client stock levels
• Customer database maintenance
• “Communication bridge” between clients, sales and internal team.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
• Minimum HND/B.Sc from a reputable Institution plus 2 years relevant working experience.
• Customer focus and service oriented.
• Pleasant phone behavior.
• Good communication skill.
