Lagos "hustle"

Many people will argue that unemployment in the country is the root of "hustle" being witness all over Nigeria mostly among youths. The term "hustle" generally refers to fast runs played to make money.
Have you ever found yourself in a helpless state by these so called hustlers?
As I was going to my office today in the island, I saw four young guys walking in a group and approaching a well dressed man, from his look I presume he is a banker. The young guys approached the man and as I was watching closely I noticed that as they were pretending to be greeting the man with hugs and prostration, that they were actually stealing from him. Before I could signal the man, they've ran away. They have "hustled the man". Just like in a movie, the man's mobile phones, wallet was stolen. So be careful and be vigilant when unknown faces are hugging and hailing you chairman etc as they may actually be carrying out vital hustle on you.
These guys, is it that there is no job or that they are lazy and don't intend to work? Just thinking though.
