Russell Wilson PROPOSED To Ciara!!! Congrats CiCi
It's OFFICIAL. MediaTakeOut.com CONFIRMED that Russell has put a ring on CiCi.
However, the two plan to simply get married quietly in the off season (around their one-year mark). There will be no announcement beforehand. Russell gave Ciara a ring that is a cherished family heirloom that has been a part of his Native American heritage forever, and willed to him after his father passed away. The ring is not OVERLY FLASHY . . . but it means EVERYTHING to Russell.
Those close to them noticed that she wears it on a chain while in Seattle but not when she travels for work.
Lawyers are said to already be negotiating a marriage contract that will include provisions for children, which is very important to him.
Taylor Swift Is Billboard’s Top Artist Of 2015

Swift has now won Billboard’s Top Artist honor for the second time in her career, having first received the title in 2009. Adele is the only other woman to achieve that feat, with back-to-back wins in 2011 and 2012. In the past, Swift also won Billboard’s Album of the Year in 2009 for Fearless.
Although 1989 was released in October 2014, its success carried well into 2015. Swift had three number one singles on the U.S. Adult Top 40 charts in 2015 with “Bad Blood,” “Wildest Dreams” and “Style.” Last July, the album surpassed five million copies sold in the U.S., making it the fastest-selling album in more than 10 years.
Swift’s 1989 World Tour, which wraps up on December 12, has also been a smash success. It was reported in mid-October that the tour had grossed $173 million (and climbing). All 56 of her North American dates sold out, with several dates filling stadiums with more than 100,000 people.
Yolanda Foster and David Foster Divorced. Yolanda Finally Speaks Out
Yolanda Foster, 51, and David Foster, 66, shocked fans last week when they announced they are divorcing — and now the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star opened up about what led to their split.
The mother-of-three called in to Watch What Happens Live, where host Andy Cohen, 47, asked if her chronic Lyme disease played a role.
"Well, chronic, long-term illness is extremely challenging. Not only for the person sick but also for the caregiver. It for sure changed the dynamic of the relationship," Yolanda said.
"The truth is that we both worked through the difficult time through the best of our ability, so rather than judging what went wrong, I pick to honor the great times that we shared the last nine years. There [was] a wealth of good times."
The former couple released a statement regarding the matter, which read, "Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways. We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."

Caitlyn Jenner: "My Kids Can Call Me Daddy, I Don't Care!!!
Jenner told Time that while it was important for her to project a good image for the community, her appearance was the most important aspect of it. “I think it’s much easier for a trans woman or a trans man who authentically kind of looks and plays the role. So what I call my presentation,” she said, noting, “I think it puts people at ease.” Jenner added, “To be honest with you, if you look like a man in a dress, it makes people uncomfortable.”
And while Jenner fully identifies as a woman, she said she’s not concerned about correcting her kids on pronoun usage. “They still call me Daddy. They can call me Daddy all day long. I have no problem with that,” she told the magazine. “I’m not the one who really gets hung up on the pronouns and all. People make mistakes all the time, I get it. And Kendall goes, ‘You’ve always been my dad, how can I call you something else?’ Call me Dad. I don’t care.”

12 -year- old boy drowns in Ebonyi River
A twelve year-old boy in Odeligbo village, Amagu Community Ikwo South in Ikwo local government area of Ebonyi State, Chibunna Nkpuke has reportedly drowned in a river located at the back of his compound.
Chibunna was said to have left the house with his brothers to fetch water in the river when the incident occurred.
He reportedly entered the river to swim after fetching water and was unable to come out.
His younger brother immediately ran home and informed the family of the development but before people could arrive the river, the boy was already dead.
Sources said the late Chibunna belonged to river goddess and that his parents were warned to appease the goddess else he will die in river one day.
The sources added that the parents could not meet up with the requirements to appease the goddess, hence the boy’s death.
But a member of the community who simply gave his name as Romanus refuted the claim, describing it as mere superstition which should not be believed by Christians.
The late Chibunna is the first son or his family.

Jesus Is NOT Coming BACK – Roman Catholic Leaders SAID
A SPOKESPERSON for the Vatican (Roman Catholic) has officially announced today that the second coming of Jesus, the only son of the God, may not happen now after all, but urged followers to still continue with their faith, regardless of the news.
Cardinal Giorgio Salvadore told WWN that this years 1,981st anniversary is to be the Vatican’s last in regards to waiting for the Lord to return to Earth.
“We just feel Jesus is not coming back by the looks of it.” he said. “It’s been ages like. He’s probably flat out doing other really good things for people somewhere else.”
Nearly two thousand years ago, Jesus promised his disciples that he would come again in chapter John 14:1-3 of the bible: “There are many homes up where my Father lives, and I am going to prepare them for your coming. When everything is ready, then I will come and get you, so that you can always be with Me where I am. If this weren’t so, I would tell you plainly”
The Vatican defended Jesus’ broken promise, claiming “he was probably drinking wine” at the time when he made the comments.
“Having the ability to turn water into wine had its ups and its downs.” added Cardinal Salvadore. “We all make promises we can’t keep when we’re drunk. Jesus was no different.”
The church said it will now focus attentions on rebuilding its reputation around the world, but will keep an optimistic mind for the savior’s second coming.

Six Negative Things That Could Happen If The 18,000 Minimum Wage Is Slashed.
Nigerian governors last month hinted that they can no longer pay the N18,000 minimum wage due to the poor state of the country’s economy which is a result of dwindling oil prices in the international market. And with a rise in the prices of virtually all commodities in the market, rents, transportation and all, a slash on the minimum wage will only make life miserable for the low grade civil servants if the governors follow through with their threat. We bring you the possible 6 things that could happen if the governors follow through with this plan.
1. A retribution effect is that productivity will drop, crimes will be encouraged among other social vices.
2. Corruption in a quarters will be encouraged.
3. In a country with high dependency on the few working class in a family, a whole lot more Nigerians will be indirectly affected.
4. Civil service will return to its unattractive days, leaving it for only the quacks.
5. With only quacks working in the civil service, government will lack innovation and drive.
6. Civil servants may not be able to cater for their kids in school thereby leading to drop outs. And because an idle mind is the devils workshop, they may join radical groups, which will in turn worsen the security problems we already have in Nigeria.
Governors like Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State have distanced themselves from this move, while also reminding them that the minimum wage was a negotiation they agreed to, therefore the economic situation of Nigeria now should not tamper with the agreement. What do you think?

Shocking News!!! Catfish a.k.a Point n Kill Fish is Very Dangerous to Your Health
Catfish is one of the most popular and readily available fish in Nigeria. In fact, its delicacy – irresistible to many people – is very common at social gatherings.
It tastes great especially when you settle it with a bottle of beer, and its affordable when compared to other varieties of fresh fish in the market.
Catfish contain omega 6 fatty acids which can increase the risk of getting blood clots, arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease and some cancers. In fact, nutritionists say that catfish is loaded with bad fat and high cholesterol that encourage clotting of the blood, a condition whereby blood flow is impeded. This may lead to cardiac arrest, thrombosis and, in some cases, heart attacks.
A cardiologist, Dr. Jane Anisulowo, who talked to The Punch recently said that farm or home-grown catfish is the worst example in this regard, as it contains more fatty hormones than the ones harvested from natural water. “Fish is better than meat, no doubt. It digests easily and it contains proteins. However, catfish is not really a good option, especially the ones they sell these days, which are cultivated with hormonal feeds that are filled with steroids and other fattening chemicals just to make them profitable. These chemicals are cancerous in nature.
“Also, they contain so much oil that you can almost taste it. Fish, generally, contains oil, but catfish has oil in its skin. That is what makes it so oily and unhealthy. It also contains a lot of poly unsaturated fat that does not only make you fat but also settles in the blood stream. That is very dangerous because when blood fails to get to an organ, it fails and suffers paralysis.”
Also, a study which was conducted by the National Institute of Health in 2012, using over 1000 species of the fish in different water shows that catfish contains a high amount of unfavourable omega-6 fat that causes inflammation in the body. Three-ounce portion of catfish contains the same amount of bad fats found in red meat. This is not to say that one should give up eating the fish as catfish contains some nutrients such as Omega3 fatty acids that are good for the body.
Anisulowo however advised saying: “If you can get the one from the river, which is rare in most cities, then you may eat it twice a month. But if the only one you can get is the one that is being reared by farmers, you don’t have to eat at all, or just eat it when it is partially smoked. In that way, some of the fats would have been lost in the process. Better still, there are some other species of fish that are oily but they contain good fats and are more nutritious.”

$2b Arms Scandal: EFCC probes Bode George, Odili, Bello
Ex-NSA’s finance chief’s accounts frozen
I don’t know Dasuki, says George
Agency gets court’s nod to keep Dasuki, Bafarawa, Yuguda, Dokpesi, others
Ex-NSA denies naming who got what
AIT chief to produce N2.1b contract
How many Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftains got a slice of the “phoney” $2billion arms contracts cake? This is the riddle the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is battling to resolve. Its detectives are probing the role (if any) of Chief Olabode George, former Deputy National Chairman of the PDP, former Rivers State Governor Peter Odili and a former General Officer Commanding (GOC) 82 Division, Maj.-Gen. Sarkin-Yaki Bello. Although the three were under EFCC’s watch yesterday, none of them had been arrested as at press time. In fact, George denied knowing former National Security Adviser (NSA) Sambo Dasuki. Odili and Bello could not be reached for comments.
The clues on them were said to be preliminary, based on references by some suspects. Three bank accounts belonging to the embattled former Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) finance director Mr. Shaibu Salisu have been frozen. The EFCC shut down the accounts as part of the ongoing probe of the $2billion arms contracts. Also, the agency has invoked the Interim Assets Forfeiture clause in its Establishment Act to seize three duplexes, worth N810million in Lake View Estate in Abuja, which were allegedly traced to Salisu.

Kachikwu president of OPEC: Set to address crashing oil prices as OPEC meets today
Kachikwu to address crashing oil prices as OPEC meets today
• Crude price hits six-year low ahead
Plummeting crude oil prices, possible production cut and plans by Iran to oversupply the market would be major subjects of discussion as the Minister of State for Petroleum, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, presides over the 168th (Ordinary) meeting of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) today in Vienna. Following his elevation as the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Kachikwu has replaced the immediate past Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, as the conference president of OPEC.
But just as OPEC members were preparing for the meeting, prices of crude oil fell to a seven- year low yesterday, from $43.37 a barrel the previous day to $42.49 per barrel. Already, OPEC members have been arguing over who should cut oil production to bring an oversupplied market back into balance even as Iran yesterday, rejected Saudi Arabia’s call to join OPEC production cut.

Minimum Wage: We Either Review or Downsize, Says Yari.
The Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) and the
Governor of Zamfara State, Alhaji Abdulazeez Yari, has said that the state
governors are left with the option of either reviewing the N18,000 national
minimum wage or downsizing their work force, given the nation's economic reality.
Yari, who spoke to State House correspondents after a meeting with President
Muhammadu Buhari yesterday, said most states of the federation do not have
enough internally generated revenue (IGR) to supplement their monthly
allocations from the Federation Account in order to meet their financial
obligations.
The NGF last week issued a communiqué indicating the inability of the states to
sustain the N18,000 minimum wage due to low oil prices which had impacted
Nigeria’s earnings. But in a quick riposte, the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC)
declared that it was ready to take on any of the states that reviews the
minimum wage and advised the governors to cut wasteful expenditure in order to
meet their obligations to workers in their states. The threat by NLC forced
some states such as Rivers, Edo and Ekiti to back out of the decision taken by
the NGF, with some stating that they shall continue to implement the minimum
wage.

Revealed!!! 'Why govt slash MTN’s fine to N674b’
·
Firm
gets Dec 31 to make payment
·
CEO,
manager lose jobs
Although it got a major respite in its effort to get the $5.2 billion (N1.04 trillion) fine reduced, MTN Nigeria, has, however, lost its indigenous Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Michael Ikpoki, and its Corporate Service Executive, Akinwale Goodluck. They both resigned their appointments late Wednesday night. After securing a 35 per cent reduction of the fine, MTN will now pay N647 billion ($3.4 billion) in what many considered a lucky break for the company.
According to an NCC source, so many factors were actually considered for the slash, these included the appeal for leniency by MTN and that the regulator should tamper justice with mercy in the letter dated November 2, 2015 sent to the commission. The source also disclosed that MTN actually asked for 70 per cent slash in the fine, “but government insisted no, but for diplomacy sake and possible interaction between President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria and Jacob Zuma of South Africa, may have also contributed to the reduction of the fine. This is because the order to slash the fine was actually from the Presidency. It came on Wednesday evening.”

Oscar Pistorius is now set to go back to jail after he was found guilty of Murder

Oscar Pistorius was convicted of murder on Thursday by South Africa’s Supreme Court of Appeal, which threw out his earlier conviction on a lesser charge for shooting dead his girlfriend in 2013. Pistorius is now set to go back to jail after he was released on parole in October having served one year of his five-year sentence for culpable homicide — the equivalent of manslaughter. “Guilty of murder, with the accused having criminal intent,” judge Eric Leach told the court in a dramatic legal reversal. “The matter is referred back to the trial court to consider an appropriate sentence.” The 29-year-old star Paralympic sprinter shot dead Reeva Steenkamp, a model and law graduate, in the early hours of Valentine’s Day two years ago. He said during his trial that he mistook her for an intruder when he opened fire at the locked door of his bedroom toilet. “He did not know whether that person constituted any threat,” Leach said in a damning rejection of the testimony from Pistorius and the original trial judge’s ruling. “It is inconceivable that a rational person thought he was entitled to fire at this person with a heavy-duty firearm,” said Leach, who described Pistorius’s testimony as “vacillating and untruthful”. “He must have foreseen that the person behind the door might be injured. “He ought to have been convicted not of culpable homicide… but of culpable murder.” Pistorius, who was not be present in court in Bloemfontein, South Africa’s judicial capital, now faces a minimum of 15 years in prison for murder. Awaiting his new sentence, he is likely to remain under house arrest at his uncle’s mansion in the capital Pretoria. His trial attracted worldwide attention as he denied killing Steenkamp in a rage after the couple had gone to bed. “I was overcome with fear,” he said while in the dock, describing how he thought he heard an intruder in the bathroom. He grabbed his gun, and rushed without his prostheses to the bathroom. “Before I knew it, I’d fired four shots at the door,” he said, adding that he ran back to the bed only to find that Steenkamp was not there.

Breaking news!!! Unlicensed doctor charged for HIV outbreak in Cambodia
An unlicensed doctor has been charged with causing an HIV outbreak in a remote village in northwestern Battambang province, local media report.
More than 800 panicked residents of Rokar village sought testing after reports of infections emerged last week. Some 106 people tested positive for HIV, according to the National AIDS authority.
A provincial court has laid three charges against the unlicensed doctor, Yem Chroeum, including intentionally transmitting the HIV virus and running a clinic without permission from the Ministry of Health, police said.
The police confirmed Chroeum used contaminated needles.
"After questioning Yem Chroeum, he confessed he did order his son-in-law to burn down the evidence behind his house, and (treated) patients with negligence, as well as using the same needles to treat them," Chet Vanny, deputy police chief of Battambang province told the Phnom Penh Post.
Yem Chroeum, 55, was facing the prospect of life in prison but his murder charge was reduced by the court to a lesser manslaughter offence, his defence lawyer said. “My client still insists he is innocent,” lawyer Em Sovann told AFP by telephone after the verdict was announced. “I will represent him if he wants to appeal this conviction,” he added. The rural doctor was convicted of infecting locals in the remote village of Roka in western Battambang province by reusing dirty needles. For millions of Cambodians, especially the poor and those in isolated regions, unlicensed doctors are the only realistic healthcare option for everyday ailments. Trump Urges "Killing of Terrorist Family Members"
Trump suggested Wednesday morning on Fox News that as president he would order the killing of terrorists' families.
"You have to take out their families, when you get these terrorists, you have to take out their families. They care about their lives, don't kid yourself. When they say they don't care about their lives, you have to take out their families," Trump said Wednesday.
But pressed to explain himself in a later interview with O'Reilly, Trump suggested the U.S. should "wipe out their homes" and "where they came from."
"You absolutely have to wipe them out," Trump said.
But asked explicitly whether that meant killing suspected terrorists' families, Trump demurred.
"I don't want to be so bold," Trump said. "I'll tell you they would suffer."

Vladimir Putin threaten Turkey: You will regret warplane downing 'for a long time'
Story highlights
•"We shall remind them many times about what they've done," Vladimir Putin says of Turkey
•Turkey shot down Russian plane November 24, saying it was over Turkish airspace
•Tensions between Turkey and Russia have flared in the wake of the plane downingTurkey has only just begun to feel repercussions for downing a Russian warplane last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned during his annual state of the nation address Thursday, hours before the countries' foreign ministers were to meet amid simmering tensions.
"If somebody thought that after committing a treacherous war crime -- the killing of our people -- it would be possible to get away with mere restrictions on the trade of tomatoes, or some other restrictions ... then they are grossly mistaken," Putin said.
"We shall remind them many times about what they've done, and they will regret what they've done for a long time," he said. "We know what needs to be done."
